Nano Portfolio Program Student Has Article Published in Advanced Materials Interfaces

Nano Portfolio Program student Martin McDaniel, a graduate research assistant in the group of Dr. John G. Ekerdt in the Department of Chemical Engineering, recently had an article published in Advanced Materials Interfaces.  The paper, entitled “A Chemical Route to Monolithic Integration of Crystalline Oxides on Semiconductors,” discusses the growth of crystalline SrTiO3 (STO) directly on germanium via atomic layer deposition.  Full text of the article is available online: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/admi.201400081/abstract.

Congratulations, Martin!
